No, same again. That group 17 can still see the hidden chats and the group is set as main group for that test user. And I have clear cache after the edit made to BBCode to be sure.

I have tried this also. And it's not working showing Admin group the hidden chats (group 5), which this does work in templates like I said above. Trying to do it that way instead by only allowing certain groups instead

Code: Select all

<xsl:when test="$S_USERGROUP eq 4 or S_USERGROUP eq 5">

That syntax is phpBB template syntax. What you need to use is XSL syntax which apparently I'm not too familiar with. :P

No problem. Same here, it's different in the way you add permissions to that XLS file compared to adding permissions in templates. Which I can do no problem.

I think the syntax is correct, but the value is not correctly defined. What you use in the XSL is not template variables but variables specifically assigned to the BBCode renderer. A list of default variables is here: https://area51.phpbb.com/docs/dev/3.2.x ... parameters You will need to register your group variable before you can use it, see here: https://area51.phpbb.com/docs/dev/3.2.x ... -variables
