User Time

Inspired by nou nou who shared the idea in the support section, this extension will let you know how many hours away the other users are. Additionally, when hovering the time difference, it displays the user's local time when the message was sent, the user's timezone and the timezone's offset to UTC, in hours. Example: Local time: 05 Feb 2018, 13:27 • America/Toronto • UTC-05:00

The time difference is only displayed for logged in user. For guests there is no time difference displayed.

Requirements

• PHP at least 5.4.0
• phpBB at least 3.2.0. It might work with 3.1.x, but no support is provided.
• mChat at least 2.0.0

If you're up for a small challenge:

• Remove the @language dependency from the service.yml file.
• Remove the language $lang parameter from the event listener's constructor. Also remove the trailing comma in the line above.
• Remove the line $this->lang = $lang;
