[bug] Working only for admins\moders

Infinite scroll doesn't work for any other user (even when I set all the premissioins of each group on yes) or guest, and in mChat\mChat in UCP (in User roles in ACP) I didn't find setting 'Use infinite scroll'...

It's caused by messages about new post that are made in forums normal users can't see/read. If you disable displaying post notification messages in mChat, it should work fine again.

At the moment I can't think of an easy solution, I'll have to do more digging through the code.

Strange i have an account in all groups and the scroll is working fine for me i did open consol too and no errors showed.

Make a post as admin in your staff forums and make sure there's a post notification in mChat for it. Log in with a user who doesn't have permission to read the post, i.e. the post notification that the admin saw should now be missing in mChat: Infinite scroll shouldn't be working. There's no JS error in the console, it just won't scroll.
