I only understand Bahnhof Krankenhaus.

Please explain again. What's a final room? If you want data of another extension to be posted in mChat, it should be done in the other extension.

i don´t know what i want to write yesterday at my smartphone

So i mean .... an extra room in mchat in which notifications apperas if the user get new points. It is the extension from dmxz "Ultimative point"

The Ultimate Points extension doesn't fire an event when adding a message to mChat. Either an event is added so that the Rooms extension can hook into it, or the Ultimate Points extension checks if the Rooms extension is enabled and sets the room_id accordingly, which is the preferred way.
