Rooms 1.2.0 overwrites a CSS rule of the Toggle addon extension that causes the toggle button to be hidden. Easy fix though:

Open ext/kasimi/mchatrooms/styles/prosilver/theme/mchat.rooms.css
Find, in the selector starting around line 9:
Code: Select all

Delete the line.

Refresh your board cache, done. The code change will be added to the future update Rooms 1.2.1.

The above code edit is included in Rooms 1.2.1, after updating you no longer need to manually apply it.
