Well, I got the changes implemented but it wasn't possible without adding a new template event to mChat that is missing in RC7. I will have to do some more testing, maybe I can find a way to do it without the new event but at the moment it doesn't look like it.

The problem I'm facing at the moment is that each style needs custom adjustments and I don't have time to do them for all styles that are supported by mChat. So I prefer to do it by request, and I want to make sure that in the next update the adjustments for the style that you are using are already added.

Thanks andares, but I wasn't clear enough, sorry. Using $MCHAT_USE_WHITE_MESSAGE_ICONS to display the white icon is not the problem. What needs custom adjustments is the position and color of the dropdown menu. It's different in each style.
