mchat

Post by toska »

The “dmzx/mchat” extension is not valid.
The requested file, ./../ext/dmzx/mchat/composer.json, could not be found.
when i enabled this i got in my acp
a white page
even after deregistering from the acp
removed again
I see that this must be in the folder of dmzx is this correct?

Put the dmzx folder from the extension archive that you downloaded into the ext folder in your board root, so that the path is this:
[board root]/ext/dmzx/mchat/composer.json

Go to [board root]/cache and delete the production folder. If that doesn't help, check your server's error logs.

There seem to be some files missing. Uninstall the extensions and delete the folder [board root]/ext/dmzx. Download the extension again, extract the dmzx folder and upload it to the [board root]/ext folder of your board. Don't change or move any files inside the dmzx folder. Afterwards, delete [board root]/cache/production again.

mchat worked well
after I turned it off 2 days later
and back in
I got a white page
and my site was gone
what is the cause of this then?
was in the folder of dmzx (ftp)
shouldn't that be in your folder?
