[1.0.8] mChat Fade Out

Image This very simple mChat add-on extension fades out older messages in mChat on the index page and custom page. Does not fade out messages in the archive. The user setting "Location of new chat messages" is taken into account. There are no new settings for this extension. Go to the index page of this board to see a demo.

Note that browser support might be limited, for example IE10 and below are not supported. See here: http://caniuse.com/#feat=pointer-events


Requirements
  • PHP at least 5.4.7
  • phpBB at least 3.2.0
  • mChat at least 2.0.0

I found a little mistake :)
On every page where mChat is active the fade out is also active in the menu Quick links.

Works fine and look pretty

But....mchat rule disappear :(
Permanent message / mchat rule disappear if i set " new message bottom"

Can you fix that?

Thank you for this great addon, I have a problem i just installed this extension but it doesn't do fadeout ? do i need to do something else ?

There need to be at least 5 messages in mChat for the fade out to be visible.

If you have more than 5 messages, try clearing your board and browser cache. :+1:

I have 10 messages and did clear the cache multiple times also the browser cache on firefox but still doesn't work.

i have mchat rooms, infinite scroll ,mchat iconsmenu and this extension installed.
